Orders received till 9:00am will be dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 9.00am or on non-working days will be dispatched on the next working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days depending on the location of delivery. Delivery will be done only at the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
We charge a flat non-refundable shipping charge of Rs 100 for all orders below Rs 999. Orders of Rs 999 and above are shipped free of cost for (Pre-Paid Customer).
We charge a non-refundable COD fee of INR 100 on all orders.

If you have received an order in damaged condition, products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of receipt of orders.

Kindly ensure to upload the images at least 3 for us to analyse the condition of the product. Return/Exchange request placed without the images shall not be entertained. Also, if an exchange or return request is made post 7 days from the date of delivery, the system will not accept the request. Once a return/exchange request is successfully placed, our team will monitor the request and if all conditions are fulfilled, we will arrange a reverse pick.
